Ashland Homes is excited that you have selected us to build your dream home. We want to make this experience as pleasant and transparent as possible for all of our customers. To help you understand our process, we have laid out a four step building process for all of our customers to review.

Step Four
Construction

Shortly after your meeting with the builder, your new home’s foundation will be poured and framing will begin. Throughout the next few weeks, your new home will be roughed-in for plumbing, HVAC, and electricity and thoroughly inspected by both Luxmore Homes and the county or city inspectors. Before moving forward, you and the builder will schedule a pre-drywall walk to reconfirm all selected options and discuss the remaining construction process. Next, it will be time for all of the finish work to be completed. This will include the installation of drywall, cabinets, countertops, trim, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, interior paint, flooring, and landscaping. Your new home is almost complete! Next you will have your home orientation and pre-delivery inspection. This is our opportunity to acquaint you better with your new home and your opportunity to blue-tape all cosmetic items to be addressed before closing. Finally, all that remains is a final walk of your home prior to closing to confirm that your new home is 100% to your satisfaction.
